Yes. Our ticketing is providing by Ticketbo who do charge a booking fee. This will be 75p for most orders or 5% on larger orders.
This fee covers the processing costs charged by Ticketbo while ensuring as much of your ticket revenue as possible can be donated to the local community.
Ages 5-16.
Children under 5 do not need a ticket and can enter for free.
All proceeds do go to local good causes.
If you cannot easily locate your tickets, then please first check your junk and spam folders of the email address you nominated at the time of purchase. Your tickets will have been sent from orders@ticketebo.co.uk.
If you are still unable to find your tickets then please email service@ticketebo.co.uk stating the name you made the purchase of tickets under, and the event you are attending. Ticketbo will then forward your tickets within 1 business day.
The first thing to check is if your ticket has been delivered to your nominated email address. If it has then your order and payment has been processed.
If no email is received then please complete the following steps:
- Check your bank account to see if a payment has been processed
- Email support@ticketebo.co.uk or call Ticketebo Customer Service team on 01617 680580 or so they can confirm if your order was processed or not.
You do not need to print tickets.
You will need to present your ticket QR code at the gate for admission. This can be on a phone, tablet or priinted as you prefer.
Bear in mind that low battery or other device issues could make you unable to gain entry so it may be worth sharing tickets with other people in your group.
The most likely the problem here is that the device you are making your purchase on is predicting your email address for you, and when adding your email address it adds a space immediately after your email address. Deleting the extra space at the end of your email address will enable your sale to go through.

If you would like to support the fireworks but cannot make it to the Games Park, you can make a donation online with Just Giving through this link.
Within the Games Park, Bridge of Allan Round Table will be selling souvenirs and toys with all profits being returned to local good causes.
