No.

You must have bought your ticket online before arriving at the entrance.

Yes. Our ticketing is providing by Ticketbo who do charge a booking fee. This will be 75p for most orders or 5% on larger orders.

This fee covers the processing costs charged by Ticketbo while ensuring as much of your ticket revenue as possible can be donated to the local community.

Ages 5-16.

Children under 5 do not need a ticket and can enter for free.

All proceeds do go to local good causes.

If you cannot easily locate your tickets, then please first check your junk and spam folders of the email address you nominated at the time of purchase. Your tickets will have been sent from orders@ticketebo.co.uk.

If you are still unable to find your tickets then please email service@ticketebo.co.uk stating the name you made the purchase of tickets under, and the event you are attending. Ticketbo will then forward your tickets within 1 business day.

The first thing to check is if your ticket has been delivered to your nominated email address. If it has then your order and payment has been processed.

If no email is received then please complete the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account to see if a payment has been processed
  2. Email support@ticketebo.co.uk or call Ticketebo Customer Service team on 01617 680580 or so they can confirm if your order was processed or not.

You do not need to print tickets.

You will need to present your ticket QR code at the gate for admission. This can be on a phone, tablet or printed as you prefer.

Bear in mind that low battery or other device issues could make you unable to gain entry so it may be worth sharing tickets with other people in your group.

The most likely the problem here is that the device you are making your purchase on is predicting your email address for you, and when adding your email address it adds a space immediately after your email address. Deleting the extra space at the end of your email address will enable your sale to go through.

On the Night

No Sparklers

Absolutely no sparklers. These are extremely dangerous, especially in crowds. Sparklers cause severe burns and children’s eyes are at a particularly vulnerable height.

The venue opens at 6:00pm with great food. The bonfire is lit around 6:30pm and the fireworks will begin around 7:30pm.

Don’t leave it to arrive too late as their may be a queue at the gate just before the fireworks. Arrive early to beat the queues and get the most of your night Bridge of Allan Bonfire Night.

The residential area surrounding Strathallan Games Park will have temporary parking restrictions in place. Please do not attempt to park here.

This is because we need the streets clear to allow easy access for emergency vehicles if this becomes necessary. At the close  of the event, these streets will be very busy with pedestrians and it will become very difficult to move cars.

Free car parking is available at Stirling University, FK9 4LA.

The fireworks are at their best right inside Bridge of Allan Games Park. From here you can enjoy the heat of the bonfire and hear the fireworks matched to music as they were intended.

The Bridge of Allan Fireworks is a community event organised by Stirling and Bridge of Allan Round Table. Delivering such a great show is very expensive. If no one paid, we would have no money to put on the fireworks and the event would come to an end. Any profits made over costs are donated to local causes.

If you would like to support the fireworks but cannot make it to the Games Park, you can make a donation online with Just Giving through this link.

Within the Games Park, Bridge of Allan Round Table will be selling souvenirs and toys with all profits being returned to local good causes.

Every year, unauthorised street traders work the streets around Bridge of Allan Games Park selling light-up children’s toys. These sellers are not connected to the event and are not operating for charity.

The Bridge of Allan Fireworks take place at Bridge of Allan Games Park. This location is a field with some hard-packed gravel but mostly long, soft grass. It may not be suitable for peopple with reduced mobility.
